How to report misconduct and non-compliance

Our Code of Conduct describes the principles of behaviour that we should all aspire to and provides us with practical guidance in our actions and everyday business decisions. Use the Ragn-Sells reporting line if you would like to report a compliance concern.

A compliance concern is any behaviour by an employee, or third party connected to Ragn-Sells that may breach the law, our Code of Conduct, or company directives. All reported concerns received will be evaluated, and an internal investigation will be conducted if necessary. Relevant case details that you (the reporter) provide are recorded in a case management database, and an investigator may contact you for further details. We will do our utmost to keep the information you provide confidential. If local laws permit, the reporter may remain anonymous; however, all reporters are strongly encouraged to identify themselves to help facilitate an investigation.
